At the Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation, we strive to provide resources to inspire learning, enrich teaching and enhance opportunities for Coconut Creek students, staff, and residents.

Provide Educational Scholarships, Fellowships & Grants

We are happy to provide scholarships and grants for the educational benefit of our community. Coconut Creek Public Schools and Teachers received over $136,000 in grants for the 2021-2022 school year from the Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation. The 42 approved grants include projects that help students learn needed academic skills in creative ways. In both 2020 and 2021, 30 high school seniors were selected to
receive college scholarships.

Provide Funding for Tutoring

The Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation is proud to assist the students of Coconut Creek by providing funding for tutoring. This initiative ensures that all students have the opportunity to excel academically by offering a unique and individualized learning experience and encourages higher level thinking.  

Promoting College Test Preparation Courses

By promoting college test preparation for high school students in Coconut Creek, the Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation helps to prepare students and maximize their performance on college exams as well as be more competitive in college admissions.  By participating in college prep courses, students have the opportunity to cover more material, gain more knowledge, and pickup on additional strategies. 

Provide Funding for Other Educational Programs

The Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation is proud to offer financial contributions for other educational programs that are beneficial to the teachers, students, and residents in the city of Coconut Creek.
